Introduced in 1977 as #42.

1977 Issue #42: 3"; Features an unpainted metal chassis, front bumper and front grille, no interior, blue plastic windows, a gloss red metal cab and rear chassis, a beige plastic rear container with a red plastic roof, red plastic opening doors in the rear, and 'SEA/LAND' labels on the sides, and six chrome Superfast 5-arch tyres.
